Three members of the Hermann Varsity Lady Bearcats volleyball team — two seniors and a junior — have earned prestigious All-State honors in Class 2.
The three are among 30 players statewide named to the All-State Team.
Winning All-State honors are seniors Symantha Fredrick and Tess Schannuth and junior Allison Stiers.

Meanwhile, six other members of Head Coach Linda Lampkin’s Lady ‘Cats Varsity squad join those three in being named to the Four Rivers Conference Academic All-Conference Team.
To qualify for the Academic All-Conference Team, a player must earn a grade point average of 3/6 or higher during the season of competition.
Joining Fredrick, Schannuth and Stiers on the Academic All-Conference squad are Caraline Brune, Tessa Eldringhoff, Emma Godat, Brooke Grosse and Chloe Tyree.
Class 2 State Champion St. Pius X of Festus had four players named to the All-State Team. Like Hermann, the other two Final Four teams — St. Michael of Kansas City and Strafford of Southwest Missouri — each had three players named to the team.
