The Gasconade County R-1 School District, in hope of reviving an adult education program, has established the first course offering of the fall.
“Angels Who Stamp” will be offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 p.m. starting October 3.
The four-week course will focus on several styles of rubber stamping techniques, burnishing, and embedded embossing.
Lynn Koepke will instruct and facilitate classes. The course fee is $40 and will include all materials used.
A registration form for “Angels Who Stamp” can be obtained at the elementary school office, the school district’s central office, or on the school district website (http://www.hermann.k12.mo.us/Home).
Additional courses are in the early planning stage.  Course offerings anticipated may include a foreign language (French), knitting, dance, and introductory computer classes.  An announcement will be made once plans are finalized and a complete list of course offerings are determined.

“I am excited to get the program started and hope it will continue to grow,” said Heidger. “I can foresee courses like photography, cooking, scrapbooking, fitness, and other special interest classes being offered.”
Anyone interested in teaching a course is encouraged to contact the Adult Community Education coordinator, Steve Heidger at 486-3197, extension 2400.
