St. Charles Corps of Discovery Christmas event at Hermannhof Festhalle

The Discovery Expedition of St. Charles (America’s Premiere Lewis & Clark Re-enactors) will again be hosting a Christmas Celebration in Hermann on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Hermannhof Festhalle.
The activities are open to the public.
The public is also welcome to attend the ball on Saturday night. Your best holiday pre-1865 period attire is encouraged, but not required.

Women’s clothing of the early 1800’s
Primitive firestarting & much more.
1:00 p.m.–Black powder shoot & Demonstration
2:00 p.m.–Silent Auction 2- 9:00 p.m.  Lewis & Clark memorabilia
5:00 p.m.–Twilight Lantern Parade the “March to Ol’ Glory” downtown Hermann
5:30 p.m.–Retiring the Colors @ the Hofgarten

8:00 p.m.–Military Ball—Music by “Booneslick Strings” period dancing.
