The Hermann High School and Middle School choirs’ annual Christmas concert is Thursday, December 13, at 7:00 p.m. in the HHS Auditorium.
The choirs will be singing a variety of traditional seasonal and holiday songs, including Santa Baby, Good King Wenceslas, Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town, Joy to the World, and O Come O Come Emmanuel.
Soloists include Katrina Horn, Marissa Blocker-Strassner and Travis Minks. Margie Greene will make a guest appearance accompanying the choirs.
The concert will end with Kammerchor singing the traditional “Carol of the Bells,” followed by the sing-along of the “Hallelujah” chorus. Members of the community who wish to read the sheet music are invited to come on stage and sing with the choir.
Admission to the concert is free, and a free-will offering to benefit the Hermann Music Boosters will be collected at the door.
