Sherrow is named principal at Hermann High School

Kent Sherrow has been tabbed as the new principal at Hermann High School. He was hired by the Gasconade County R-1 Board of Education to replace Gary Leimkuehler, who was recently named deputy superintendent of the R-1 district. Leimkuehler has been the HHS principal for five years.
While Sherrow will be returning to the district from the St. Clair School District, he really never left. He and his wife, Angie, and two children continued to make their home in Hermann after he accepted an administrative position at St. Clair seven years ago.
While he was employed in the R-1 school district before, he was a fifth grade teacher and an assistant football coach under head coach Chip Stutzman for five years.
