The Victorian Place of Hermann Announces Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
100% percent of residents and their families rated their willingness to recommend The Victorian Place of Hermann to others as “excellent” or “good,” states a report released today by the assisted living community. These results come from The Victorian Place of Hermann’s recent satisfaction survey conducted by My InnerView Inc., a third-party applied research company providing leaders in skilled nursing, assisted living and senior housing with tools to measure, benchmark and improve performance.
“We are committed to providing quality care and service to our residents,” said Janna Schulte, The Victorian Place of Hermann’s community manager. “The feedback allows us to identify our strengths and opportunities so that we can provide a safe, positive and caring environment for our residents. The most important indicator of resident satisfaction is their willingness to recommend us to others. This result speaks volumes to the community and to prospective residents and families,” she adds.
Schulte shared that over 55 percent of residents and their families participated in the survey which makes the results even more powerful. The surveys were mailed to residents families, assessing their perceptions of quality. Surveys were returned to My InnerView for data processing.
“By listening to the voice of the customer, The Victorian Place of Hermann has invaluable data to help them improve and deliver a higher quality of care and service to their residents,” said Neil Gulsvig, My InnerView chief executive officer. “The Victorian Place of Hermann’s survey results serve as a strong testimony of the good work they are doing. Certainly there is always room for improvement, but satisfaction is high and at the end of the day, the quality of care and service a resident receives is what matters.”
The Victorian Place of Hermann, assisted living has been part of the Hermann area since 2006, and is located at 2120 Village Lane. For more information about these survey results, contact Ms. Janna Schulte at 573-486-5060.
