Hermann Eagles couple inducted into FOE Hall of Fame

Kenny Wilding was inducted into the Missouri Eagles Hall of Fame and Janet Wilding into the Missouri Auxiliary Hall of Fame at the Missouri State Convention held in June. This award is given to members who have played a significant role in the operation and development of the organization. They are both members of the Hermann Eagles Aerie/Auxiliary #1328. The Fraternal Order of Eagles is an international non-profit organization.

  • Hermann Farmers Market kicks into high gear

    Kenneth Oelschlaeger sets up his stand at the Hermann Farmers Market along Market Street. Lots of fresh vegetables are coming into season and are being sold on Wednesday afternoon and on Saturday mornings. Oelschlaeger brought heads of cabbage that were as large as basketballs. Free-ranging dressed chickens were also available at the market last Saturday.
