Hermann library extends hours of operation

Delivering on a campaign promise, Scenic Regional Library District is extending the hours of operation across its three-county service area. In an email last Thursday afternoon, Scenic Executive Director Steven Campbell noted that all branches libraries would be expanding the evening and weekend hours to accommodate working adults.   • Lions Club prepares for Pancake Breakfast

    The 2015 version of the Hermann Lions Club Pancake Breakfast will be held Sunday, March 1, at the Hermann Community Center Cafeteria. The meal will be served from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. and will feature pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, sausage gravy, coffee and orange juice. Costs are $8 for adults, $3 for children and no charge for 3 or younger.
