Gasconade County taxpayers have started receiving their 2017 property tax bills.
County Collector Shawn Schlottach said Friday that tax bills went into the mail last week.
She noted that the current tax charge will generate about $14,172,000. Real estate and personal property taxes will account for $12,570,400 while railroad and utility taxes will generate another $1,589,564.
