The city of Hermann’s attempt to obtain an injunction against a Bed & Breakfast operation has been set for trial on Tuesday, April 17.

The trial date was issued this morning by Circuit Court Senior Judge Gael Wood, sitting in for Judge Craig Hellmann in Division 1.

Attorneys for the city and Captain Wohlt Inn operator Brant Wilkins told the judge they thought the trial should take no more than one day.

It took about 5 minutes for Wood to take up the case and set the trial date.

For a more-detailed account of the injunction effort, see next week’s edition of The Hermann Advertiser-Courier.
