Hermann sophomore Thomas Henson shot a 73 to take the top honor in the Union Tournament last week and was one of three Bearcats finishing among the Top 10.

That showing pushed Hermann into 2nd Place in the tourney, 3 shots behind Champion Borgia, which tallied a score of 310 to take the 12-team event.
Thomas Henson’s 73 was two strokes better than Borgia’s Tommy Alferman and Sullivan’s Bennett Tiefenbrunn, who both shot 75 for a 2nd-Place tie.
Other Bearcats finishing in the Top 10 are seniors Ross Henson at 78, tied for 6th Place, and M.J. Heidger at 80, tied for 8th Place.

Senior Bearcat Andrew Budnick just missed out, shooting 82, while senior J.R. Grosse shot 112 for 44th Place.
The tournament featured 162 golfers.
Last Wednesday’s match with Sullivan and Belle at Loutre Shore was postponed until today at 4 p.m.
On Monday, Hermann was scheduled to travel to St. James High School for a tri-match with the Tigers and Union.
Next Monday, April 10, Head Coach Jeremy Hosick is set to take the Bearcats into the Father Tolton Invitational at 9 a.m.
