What might the GOP tax-reform bill mean to Gasconade Countians, Missourians?

What does the tax reform bill adopted by the U.S. Senate mean for residents of Missouri and Gasconade County?
According to one organization that has studied the proposed reforms, it will mean higher taxes for the majority of residents of both the state and the county while the wealthiest people will continue to enjoy a tax cut 10 years after the bill is adopted.
The final version of any tax-reform legislation advocated by President Donald Trump and the Republicans in Congress is unclear — the sweeping Senate legislation, projected to produce a $1.5 trillion deficit, will have to be reconciled with an earlier-approved version by the U.S. House of Representatives.
