Casey's donates

to food pantry

When Casey’s moved to the new store, they donated all the food items from the previous location to the Hermann Community Food Pantry.

“This is a wonderful gift and worth at least $10,000,” said Bartow Molloy, Food Pantry president. “We focus on providing food staples, so these yummy snacks from Casey’s are going to be a real treat for our patrons.”

Along with the jerky and assortment of hundreds of candy bars, Casey’s also donated health and hygiene items.

Casey's officials said the company believes in giving back to the community as much as possible. Four Casey employees from Missouri stores and three Hermann Community Food Pantry volunteers moved the 20 or so boxes to the food pantry as the old store was being closed
