On 10/14/19, the GCSO responded to the 600 Block of Highway 100 for a report of counterfeiting. The victim reported having received two counterfeit $50 as a form of payment at his business. A possible suspect has been identified and the investigation continues. 

On 10/14/19, the GCSO responded to the 3500 Block of Fourth Street for a reported burglary. The burglary occurred sometime between 10/7/19 and 10/14/19. Person(s) unknown unlawfully entered a garage and stole a Milwaukee circular saw, Milwaukee flashlight, Milwaukee Sawzall, Milwaukee drill, Milwaukee grinder, Milwaukee ½ inch impact drill, Milwaukee drill bits, Milwaukee ½ inch socket set, and a floor jack. The total value of the items taken is approximately $1290. There are no suspects currently and the investigation continues.

On 10/14/19, the GCSO responded to the 1400 Block of Wildcat Road for a reported assault. The investigation revealed that a male and female each claimed to have been assaulted by the other. The investigation continues.

On 10/16/19, the GCSO received a report of a sex crime. Because of the nature of the crime, no further information can be released.

On 10/17/19, the GCSO responded to the area of Highway W and Highway F for a motor vehicle collision. Upon arrival, the Deputy discovered a 2004 Chevrolet pickup partially in a ditch. The driver was not present on the scene. The driver was later identified, and the investigation continues.

On 10/17/19, the GCSO responded to the 1500 Block of Highway N for a reported theft. The victim reported that a table and chairs, a washer and dryer, cabinets, and miscellaneous items were taken from his rental property. Possible suspects have been identified but the victim requested no action be taken at this time.

On 10/18/19, the GCSO responded to the 3500 Block of Rolling Home Park for a reported assault. A 64-year-old female reported that she was assaulted with a blunt object by person(s) unknown. A possible suspect has been identified and the investigation continues.

On 10/18/19, the GCSO arrested Sharon Joanne Wright, age 27 of Bland on Gasconade County warrant charging her with Peace Disturbance. She was transported to the Crawford County Jail and incarcerated in lieu of bond.

On 10/20/19, the GCSO responded to the 4300 Block of Glaser Hollow Road for reported property damage. The victim reported catching several individuals in the act of damaging mailboxes in the area. Suspects have been identified and the investigation continues.

On 10/20/19, the GCSO responded to the 2200 Block of Mud Creek Road for a reported assault. The victim did not wish for any further action to be taken.

On 10/20/19, the GCSO responded to the 2800 Block of Highway 19 for a reported assault. A male and female each claimed to have been assaulted by the other but neither party wished for any further action to be taken.

On 10/21/19, the GCSO responded to the Owensville Police Department and arrested Daniel Thomas Wright, age 34 of Owensville on a Gasconade County warrant charging him with Driving While Revoked. He was released after posting a $100 bond.

On 10/21/2019, the GCSO arrested Michael D. Tungate, age 31 of Belle on a Bland PD warrant charging him with Larceny. He was transported to the Crawford County Jail and incarcerated in lieu of a $500 bond.

On 10/22/2019, the GCSO responded to the 200 Block of N. Second Street in Rosebud for a reported theft. The victim reported that sometime between 10:00 pm on 10/21/2019 and 5:00 pm on 10/22/2019, person(s) unknown stole two black benches, three wagon wheels, and seven Shepherd Hooks. The total loss is estimated at $399. There are no suspects currently and the investigation continues.

On 10/22/2019, the GCSO initiated a traffic stop on the driver of a black Volvo SUV in the area of Highway 28 and Highway P near Owensville. The investigation led to the arrest of Airyouna King, age 21 of Bourbon for Possession of a Controlled Substance, believed to be Methamphetamine. She was transported to the Owensville Police Department where she was booked and released with a future court date.

On 10/22/2019, the GCSO responded to the 1200 Block of Highway E near Stony Hill regarding a theft. The victim reported person(s) unknown had stolen two bicycles. There are no suspects currently and the investigation continues.

On 10/23/2019, the GCSO responded to the 3500 Block of Rolling Home Park near Owensville for a structure fire. Upon arrival, a mobile home was fully engulfed. No injuries were reported, and the fire was extinguished by fire department officials.

On 10/23/2019, the GCSO responded to the Fulton Diagnostic and Reception Center and arrested William Wyrick, age 27 of Owensville who was being released from prison. Wyrick was wanted on a Gasconade County warrant. He was released on his own recognizance.

On 10/24/2019, the GCSO arrested Coreen Rachelle Cuddy, age 35 of Hermann on a Gasconade County warrant charging her with Failure to Comply with Ignition Interlock Device. She was released after posting a $1500 bond.

On 10/25/2019, the GCSO arrested Dakota L. Campbell, age 20 of Owensville on an Owensville PD warrant charging him with failure to appear in court for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Crawford County Jail and incarcerated in lieu of an $85 bond.

In the evening hours of October 25, 2019, members of the Gasconade County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group served a drug related search warrant at a residence in Bland, Missouri. During the course of the investigation a bag of crystallized substance suspected of being methamphetamine, marijuana, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia, related to the consumption and distribution of controlled substances were located and seized. Three (3) white females and three (3) white males were located on the property and released pending formal charges for the distribution and possession of a controlled substance. This investigation is ongoing.

On 10/26/2019, the GCSO responded to the 2400 Block of Highway ZZ for a report of domestic violence. Subsequently, Cierra Anna Leigh Donatti, age 17 of Owensville was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th Degree. She was taken to the Owensville Police Department where she was booked and released pending a future court date.

On 10/26/2019, the GCSO responded to the 500 Block of E. Colorado in Bland for a report of domestic violence. It was determined that no violence had occurred, and no further action was taken.

On 10/27/2019, the GCSO responded to the 4500 Block of Highway EE near Owensville for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim reported that her black 2010 Toyota Matrix was stolen shortly before authorities were notified. A Stevens 20-gauge shotgun and a Camo Mission by Mathews compound bow were both in the vehicle when it was stolen. There are no suspects currently and the investigation continues.

On 10/28/2019, the GCSO responded to the 3700 Block of Farris Road near Owensville for a report of harassment. The victim reported that her juvenile son had been bullied at school. The investigation continues.

On 10/28/2019, the GCSO responded to the 1300 Block of Red Bird Road near Owensville for a report of a burglary in progress. No further information is currently available.

On 10/28/2019, the GCSO responded to the 4400 Block of Hortsman Road near New Haven for a report of Identity Theft. The victim reported person(s) unknown had stolen a large sum of money from a relative’s bank account. The investigation continues.

On 10/28/2019, the GCSO arrested Dakota Scott Campbell, age 25 of Bland on a warrant out of Jefferson City, MO charging him with a traffic violation. He was released after posting bond.

On 10/29/2019, the GCSO responded to the 2300 Block of Highway Z near Hermann for reported property damage. The victim reported her vehicle was damaged by person(s) unknown.

On 10/30/2019, the GCSO responded to the 3900 Block of Spurgeon Road near Bland for a report of a stolen vehicle. The matter was determined to be civil in nature and no further action was taken.

On 10/30/2019, the GCSO arrested Steven E. Herman, age 26 of Owensville on a warrant charging him with Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway. He was released after posting a $150 bond.

On 10/31/2019, the GCSO responded to the 1900 Block of Kirby Drive near Owensville for a report of Domestic Assault. Subsequently, Thomas Malone, age 35 of Owensville was arrested on a U.S. Marshall’s warrant for Probation Violation and Domestic Assault 2nd Degree. He was transported to the Crawford County Jail and incarcerated without bond.

On 10/31/2019, the GCSO arrested Corey Vitt, age 38 of Bland on a Gasconade County warrant charging him with a traffic violation. He was released after posting a $150 bond.

On 11/1/2019, the GCSO responded to the Owensville Police Department and took custody of William Ray Benson, age 27 of Owensville who had been arrested on a Gasconade County warrant. He was released after posting a $2500 bond.

On 11/2/2019, the GCSO responded to Lost Valley Lake for a reported dog bite. The victim reported her child was bitten by a dog. The owner provided documentation that indicated the dog was up to date on vaccinations. The parties involved decided to resolve the matter among themselves and no further action was taken.
