A Columbia, Missouri, entity is seeking approval to operate a medical marijuana dispensary in Hermann.

Information concerning the endeavor appears on the website of the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (www.health.mo.gov) shows that Columbia Care MO LLC is seeking the approval, as of Tuesday's date. A license number has been assigned to the entity, according to a department spreadsheet of all such facilities -- either approved or not -- in Missouri. Another column indicates that approval to operate in Hermann has not been granted to Columbia Care . The information lists 2060 Village Lane, in the Village Shopping Center in Hermann, as the address for the proposed dispensary.

The spreadsheet also discloses Mallory Rousseau, Director of Pursuit and Development, as a primary contact, with a phone number and email address also provided.
