Diane worked for Stone Hill Winery in the sales and tasting rooms. One of her favorite jobs was helping with the winery weddings. She served as personal assistant to the bride and her attendants.  She was known to sew a tear in a gown, ensure that everyone had the right flowers, was lined up, ready for their walk down the aisle and anything else the bride needed.

Diane was honored in August, 2019, for her 60 years of membership at First Baptist Church, Hermann.  Diane wore many hats during her years of membership at the church, producing the Sunday church bulletins while using a very messy mimeograph machine.
