Sheriff's Report

On 7/15/19, members of the Gasconade County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) responded to the 1000 Block of Highway 100 near Morrison for a reported death. Investigation revealed that Gary Seifert, age 70 had died of natural causes.

On 7/15/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 1400 Block of Highway 28 for a suicidal subject. Investigation revealed that a 46-year-old female had attempted suicide by cutting her wrists. She was treated on scene by EMS personnel and transported to a hospital in Rolla for further treatment.

On 7/15/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 200 Block of Circle Drive in Owensville for domestic violence. There was an altercation between a 22-year-old male and a 22-year-old female. The situation was resolved, and both were advised of the 12-Hour Missouri Adult Abuse Act. No further action was taken.

On 7/15/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 100 Block of Missouri Avenue in Bland for domestic violence. The caller reported an altercation had occurred between a 30-year-old female and a 29-year-old male. Results of the investigation will be sent to the Gasconade County Prosecuting Attorney for review.

On 7/15/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 3700 Block of Highway EE for reported harassment. No action was taken.

On 7/15/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 3500 Block of Rolling Home Park for property damage. The caller reported damage to a 2003 Ford F-150 pickup. The investigation continues.

On 7/15/19, members of the GCSO and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department arrested Adam McGowin, age 29 of Leslie on a warrant charging him with Probation Violation. Deputies also recovered a John Deere Zero-Turn mower stolen from a Gasconade County resident in Osage County.

On 7/15/19, members of the GCSO arrested 48-year-old Patricia White on a warrant charging her with Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was transported to the Osage County Jail and incarcerated in lieu of bond.

On 7/16/19, in the 3700 Block of Holzschuh Road., members of the GCSO initiated a traffic stop on a 1999 Chevrolet Tracker. Subsequently, Deputies recovered a device used by non-verbal individuals. This device had been stolen from an Owensville couple on July 11, 2019. The investigation continues.

On 7/16/19, members of the GCSO to the 1600 Block of Highway Y for a theft. The caller advised a male and female stole something from the business. The investigation continues.

On 7/16/19, members of the GCSO cited 60-year-old Danny Stradford of Bland for Driving while Revoked. He was released on a summons.

On 7/17/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 3500 Block of Rolling Home Park for reported property damage. The caller reported a truck had been vandalized. There are no known suspects. 
On 7/17/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 2200 Block of Highway V for a reported burglary/theft. The caller reported tools were stolen. The investigation continues.

On 7/17/19, in the 100 Block of E. 1st Street in Hermann, members of the GCSO arrested 34-year-old Lacy Jordan of Gerald on a St Clair, MO warrant. She was released after posting bond.

On 7/17/19, in the 100 Block of N. Second Street in Owensville, members of the GCSO took custody of 35-year-old Brandy Wright of Belle after she was arrested by Owensville Police on a Gasconade County warrant. She was released after posting a $2500 bond.

On 7/18/19, members of the GCSO traveled to Maryland Heights, MO to take custody of 21-year-old Dylan Enders of St Louis after he was arrested on a Gasconade County warrant charging him with Possession of Marijuana. He was transported to the Crawford County Jail and incarcerated in lieu of a $2500 bond.

On 7/18/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 1900 Block of Highway F for a reported burglary/theft. The investigation continues.

On 7/18/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 300 Block of N. Cedar in Rosebud for domestic violence. No actual violence occurred, and no further action was taken.

On 7/19/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 1700 Block of W. Forest Lane near Owensville for a dog bite. A 39-year-old male reported being bitten by a dog while out for a walk. The investigation continues.

On 7/21/19, members of the GCSO responded to the 3500 Block of Rolling Home Park for a reported burglary/trespassing. Nothing was taken from the residence and there are no known suspects.

On 7/22/19, members of the GCSO arrested 57-year-old Michelle L. Kincaid of Hermann on warrants charging her with 2nd Degree Burglary, one felony count of Stealing, one misdemeanor count of Stealing, a misdemeanor count of Property Damage 2nd Degree, and a misdemeanor count of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device. Kincaid was later released after posting a $2500 bond.
