High School Winter Bands Warm Family Hearts

This past Friday, December 6, the Hermann High School Bands under the direction of Mr. David Harper played a delightful program of some traditional Christmas Favorites along with some interesting non-traditional pieces to a packed house in the High School Auditorium. The concert featured the 6th, 7th, 8th, High School Wind Ensemble and the High School Jazz Band. _e 6th Grade Band started off the program with Jingle Bells, Hot Cross Buns, Dreydl Dreydl, Merrily We Roll Along, Jolly Old St. Nick, and First Holiday Concert. The 7th Grade was up next with Imperium, Anasazi and Carol Of The Bells. The 8th Grade played Glorioso, Firestorm and Holiday Festival. The High School Wind Ensemble played Winter Wonderland, Winter Rhapsody and Highlights from the Movie, "Frozen."

Sullentrup returns to Policing

It's been nearly two years since former Hermann police Officer Adam Sullentrup was injured after being shot in the line of duty while responding to a disturbance at the Casey's gas station on Missouri Highway 19 on March 12, 2023. The New Haven Police Department announced Tuesday that the former Hermann officer would be joining the department as a public relations specialist.

Gasconade County R-1 Alumni Association Dual Credit Grant Recipients for 2024 Fall Semester

Dual Credit Grants are to assist students who are taking classes for both high school and college credit while still in high school. Grants are funded through donations made to the Alumni Association's Dual Credit Fund in the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. The Association is a 501(c)3 organization and all contributions are tax deductible.
