Pickleball Almost Everyday

The addicting sport of pickleball has many Hermann residents playing most days of the week, according to Becky Meyers, who lives close enough to the courts that she can walk to them. Meyers mentioned that many retired players start at 8am Monday through Saturday and play other games at other times of the week.

Hermann in Hues: Artists Paint the Town for Annual Festival

If you were driving into Hermann this week, you might have found there to be lots of artists with their easels set up and painting all manner of subjects in town. Upon driving toward Hermann, two plein air painters were parked on a gravel drive and working out of the back of their SUVs, painting a corn field with green rows creating a linear pattern in the field.

Hermann High School Bids Farewell to the Class of 2025 in Emotional Ceremony

The Gasconade County R1 Commencement ceremony for the Hermann High School Class of 2025 was filled with gratitude, reflection, and excitement for the future. Held on Thursday, May 15th, the event celebrated the four-year journey of Hermann’s graduating seniors while also acknowledging the teachers, families, and community members who supported them along the way.
